Once we receive your application, you’ll get an e-mail invoice containing a link to our secure online checkout. A few days later, you’ll get your passport back with your new India visa inside.

Please do not affix your photo to your application.

Important New Photo Requirement

Per new Embassy policy, your passport photos need to be exactly 50mm x 50mm (almost 2 inches square) on a white background without a border.

Unacceptable photographs that do not meet the specifications may not be accepted for submission.

Also, UK letters for business visas must be original (no copies accepted).

Some Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?

Credit Card – Once we receive your application we will submit it to the embassy asap and email you an electronic invoice that includes details on how to pay online through our online checkout system.

Cheque – You can include a cheque or postal order with the application making it payable to TRAVEL VISA 24.

Cash – You can pay by cash upon submission or collection of your passport.

Bank Transfer – You or your company can pay by bank transfer by requesting a special invoice once we’ve received the application.

When is the deadline for submissions?
If we recieve your application by 9.45 then it will be submitted the same day. This would then be the first processing day in the process. If you are sending your package with Royal Mail, you must opt for the 9am delivery option to have the application go in the same day.
How long is an India visa valid for?
Multiple entry visas are valid for either 6 months or 12 -24 months starting from the date it was issued.
Do I have to send you my original passport? Can I apply for it online?
You will need to send your valid original passport, The Indian visa will be pasted on your passport. You are advised to send your application in a secure way, using a courier such as Lewis Day.
How should I send my passport?
For urgent service, you must get your passport to us before 9:00am. We recommend a courier such as Lewis Day. We cannot submit your application to the Embassy after 10:00am.
How do you send my passport back?
You will find your delivery options on the order form. You can either pick it up, have a courier or friend pick it up or have us send it back to you with Royal Mail Special Delivery (free of charge)
When can I expect my passport back?
The processing time plus the delivery time. If you use normal turn- around, you are about to receive your passport back in a week. If you travel in less than 14 days, please use Express Service.
Is the price all inclusive?
Yes, it is all inclusive and you do not need to enclose an envelope for the return of your passport.
What if I can’t download or print the Indian Visa Application Form?
Send us an email at info@TravelVisa24.com. Include your postal address or fax number in your request and we will send you the form.
What if I decide to cancel my visa application after sending you my passport?
If you should cancel your application after it has been submitted, it can take 3-4 days for us to get your passport back from the Embassy. Please note that IndiaVisa24.co.uk will not charge a service fee for a canceled application, however fees charged by the Embassy will still be applied.
